Less is certainly sometimes more...when it comes to food, more isn't always better, except right at the moment when you are eating more of what you really like. If it were easy, I believe everyone would eat more healthy food than junk food ... I have a vegan diet for the past 9 years but lately I'm craving for shrimps, crabs, and eggs. So, I eat them ... first my body didn't like it, but then it got use to the food! Anyway, as long as one knows one's limit of what kind of food one is intaken, one will be fine ... of course exercise is a "MUST"! Posted: 10/19/07 13:11
